Almost every line dance is set to a sequence of moves in groups of 4. (Except the waltzes of course).
This is an easy first dance with no turns.
Here you will learn several dance sequences, such as the stroll, the chasse, step touches and hip bumps.
The music is fairly slow to give you time to get accustomed to the movements and the changes of direction.
The dance can be done to many tracks, try it to Acky Breaky Heart for a Country track, or What A Feeling from Flashdance for a pop version, they are similar in tempo.
Once you are familiar with the steps you can scroll forward to 11 mins for the dance.
